This is Part 2 of the Nissin World Cup Noodle Summit 2017 series, where I'll be checking out the Hong Kong XO miso(?) with lot's of seafood flavour.

The aroma is strangely appetising... and this cup noodle is actually quite tasty! The soup is nice and savoury, and more importantly, it does not taste like
generic chinese-flavoured soup! Is that how XO sauce tastes like? I've not eaten enough to know for sure, but now I'm keen to try! There's also the usual squid, corn (my favourite!) and veggies in seafood cup noodles, but there are also tiny little prawns and scallops in it. (I'm not a fan of those tiny prawns though... It's the texture.)
I did not expect to like it as much as I did. Of the two Cup Noodle Summit 2017 flavours I've tried, I recommend this one! Will definitely eat this again if given the chance.
