This one is a fairly new flavour! It's based on jajangmyeon, a Korean black bean sauce noodle. I've never had jajangmyeon before, so let's see how it tastes!

I can't read Korean but I can guess how it should be done,
I think... |

I first found out about this new Jjajang flavour from watching Kinoshita Yuka's
mukbang video of her eating it. She added fried eggs to the noodles and I thought it was a great idea and wanted to try it out too. 8D
(Unfortunately I suck at making fried eggs...)

The noodles are done cooking! |

Time to add the sauce! |
The noodles looked like it was stir-fried in the picture, and then I remembered the
Mala noodles which I had to stir-fry in the pot before serving it, so I did just that. 8D (The Jjajang noodles even had the toppings boiled together with the noodles, like the Mala flavour.)

Stir fry, stir fry! Smells good~! |

All stir-fried! |

Time to add the egg and some beef furikake! |
Well, these aren't the best-looking noodles I've made, but what matters is the taste, right? And speaking of taste... It's quite tasty!
It's not as spicy as the other Samyang hot noodles, but it's still quite spicy. More like, it takes longer for the spiciness to hit you. The fried egg goes well with the noodles.
(Not bad for a botched fried egg.) It's hard to describe the taste of the sauce since it's my first time trying this kind of flavour. It's got the familiar taste of the Samyang hot sauce, but it also has a hint of something which I presume to be the black bean flavour, which is not bad.
Overall, the noodles are nice, but I wish they added more toppings in the packet. (The toppings contained peas and carrots, which is quite unusual for instant noodles but not unwelcome. Quite interesting, actually.) I might try these noodles again when I get the chance.
I rate this an 8/10!
